Hello. I'm Molly!

I am a art therapist, creative intuitive healer, and spiritual mentor and guide. I have been blending the creative and intuitive arts together through a soulful approach to healing for about the past 2 decades and teaching this holistic movement for the past 11 years! I love co-creating with the Universe and use a variety spiritual wellness tools that can be a primary approach or used in combination with body centered psychotherapy, creative intuitive arts, yoga, mindfulness, guided meditation, EMDR, and Chakra and Energy work. These approaches are based in reconnecting back to the breath and the body in order to be able to quiet the noise of the head. When we do this we can begin to shift down to the heart lens and start to see ourselves, our situation, and others through a whole new light. When we find that we are intuitively guided, more choices open up and we can heal ourselves through the creative process. This opens the door to a whole new vibration and it empowers us to become the best brightest version of our self and start living a full-color life!
I love teaching and speaking about the sacred feminine arts, and working globally with all people! Creatives, healers, seekers, intuitives, empaths and especially Starseeds! (people who feel like they are here on this planet in this lifetime to help others but know they must first heal themselves. Also known as Lightworkers.) Usually they have had some sort of trauma in their past that has not been integrated but its through the wound that they find their gifts! I LOVE opening up the world of the sacred feminine arts to help reclaim balance back to the sacred masculine and feminine energies within all of us. As we heal the wounds of our past we are allowed to feel whole and step up into who we truly are at our core center-our true authentic self! When we do this we open up to our unique gifts and talents and learn how to share them with the world in the best and brightest way.

For more of the work I do feel free to connect with the links below for a podcasts around work I do and my own processes.

Warmly,

Molly

Hello, my name is Laura Housel. I earned a master’s degree in art therapy with an emphasis in counseling from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in health, leisure, and sports studies with concentration in therapeutic recreation and have been a nationally certified therapeutic recreation specialist for nearly 15 years. I am also a certified yoga instructor in yoga therapy with additional training and certification in kundalini yoga.

As an art therapist, counselor, and yoga instructor, I hope to offer opportunities that empower clients to increase self awareness, gain insights into relationships and explore the mind/body connection from a trauma-informed perspective that is appropriate, culturally relevant, and that meets the needs of the individual, couple, family, group, or community. I have had the opportunity to work and train in a variety of settings including hospitals, residential facilities, private practice, and community groups. I had the honor to work compassionately alongside clients impacted by cancer, grief and spiritual concerns as well as adults and adolescents impacted by homelessness, trauma, oppression, marginalization, sexual violence and trafficking, mood disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, body dysmorphia, body image and identity concerns, relationship and intimacy struggles, intellectual disability, stress, shame, isolation, addiction and life transitions.

I enjoy meeting each client where they are, offering a safe place to be seen and heard. I am LGBTQ friendly.

I currently offer private pay services and a sliding scale. Please reach out with any questions or to set up an appointment. [email protected]

I look forward to meeting you.

Warmly,
Laura L Housel
